Chairman Halu Oleo University research institutions (UHO) Aslan was deeply concerned with development in Kendari bay that does not pay attention to the coastal environment. According to the former Dean of the Faculty of Fisheries and Marine Sciences UHO, the regional development plans at this time is not very pro with the vision of building environmentally sound.
