Action coordinator Ryfains said the Bank committed fraud against a resident in Muna, City Raha. His name is Anisa. Mode that is used by: Bank Danamon sell the house confiscated worth Rp 150 million in 2012 to Anisa ago.

"The high court decided that the Bank should immediately refund the purchase price of the house. We receive, why the Bank still wants to rise the level of appeal to Jakarta, when Anisa has been impaired. Money was not immediately returned and the house is not livable" said Ryfains, Friday (06/05/2015).
One of the chief part in Bank Danamon Sultra Griedelman Junus told the students the wrong address because the problem is Bank Danamon Raha.
"The legal issue was not finished completely because the Bank is still under appeal. If we had a final verdict then the Bank Danamon will continue to comply with the court decision," said Junus in the Office of Bank Danamon Sultra.
