Provincial "Kepulauan Buton" Will Autonomous, Wakatobi Regent Hugua: This is the Momentum Politics and History

Southeast Sulawesi News_ Kendari - Determination of the name "Provinsi Kepulauan Buton" or abbreviated "Kepton" already agreed in the meeting discussion Southeast Sulawesi Governor (Sultra) Nur Alam with the regents and the parliamentary leaders of Southeast Sulawesi, at the Clarion Hotel Kendari, on Wednesday night (22/04/2015). Kepton provincial capital is the city of Bau-Bau.

Many suggested names such as Buton Raya, Sultra Kepulauan, Buton Kepulauan, but in the end the name "Kepulauan Buton" were considered suitable. Southeast Sulawesi Governor Nur Alam said the name will be officially declared on birthday (anniversary) of Southeast Sulawesi to-51 on April 27, 2015 in East Kolaka.

Wakatobi Regent  Hugua says if the province Kepton into autonomous regions, it is a political and historical momentum.Wakatobi will be included in the new province. He's as grateful as regent Wakatobi in Southeast Sulawesi governor has opened up the space and roads for new autonomous regions.

"Now it is in the process. Maybe 3 or 4 years to become an autonomous province. It still requires lobbying the governor to rule Jokowi, "Said Hugua at the Clarion Hotel after attending a discussion of Buton province name.

Previously, the process of Buton Island province autonomy is hampered because the district is still lacking. Only four districts namely Buton Baubau City, Wakatobi and Buton North. While, Muna and Bombana refused to join and remain joined parent Southeast Sulawesi province.

Now, after the formation of new autonomous regions (DOB) is Buton Central and South Buton, then automatically the number of local administrative requirements already comply with legislation.
